Fazl Ali College, Mokokchung organized a one-day workshop on Work Ethics for Non-Teaching staff on 12 May with Akok Walling, Retd. Principal, Dimpaur Govt. College and Rev. Sentimeren Jamir, Associate Pastor, Mokokchung Town Baptist Arogo, as the resource persons.
In the first session, Akok Walling, Retd. Principal, Dimapur Govt. College, spoke about the principles of work ethics. He stated four principles which includes working for livelihood, working out of interest, working to serve and work as a calling.  He stated that when people work out of interest, work to serve and when people work as a calling, it bears real fruit.
He also stated that while at work, if one is working only for the salary or for money, they fail to contribute to the society and people might begin to start disregarding them which in turn will make them lonely. He also encouraged the staffs to become individuals whom people can trust.
Rev. Sentimeren, took over the second session where he spoke about work ethics from a biblical perspective. Each session was followed by discussion hour. Vinod Kumar, Vice-principal, FAC, gave the welcome address while Mesutoba Ao, convenor, organizing committee gave the vote of thanks.
